There are numerous ways you can get involved in this once in a generation event.
One way is to become a festival volunteer. With an estimated 10,000 people attending the Freedom Day Festival, organisers have flagged a variety of roles they require assistance with. From general volunteer work to skilled roles, fill out the form here.
The Freedom Day Festival is one of the most remote festivals on Australia’s calendar and therefore requires allot of government and corporate sponsorship to make it happen. Given we are celebrating the 50th anniversary this year, we encourage sponsors to get involved where possible to promote their relationship with the Festival and the Gurindji but also to provide much needed festival requirements for the large audience expected. To get a sponsorship prospectus, click on the sponsor section or send a request via this link here.
